Overview and Responsibilities Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated CPAP Quality Assurance Shipper to join our team. In this position you are responsible for shipping, quality assurance, and other fulfillment needs within the CPAP department. You will support the accurate and timely supply of products to our patient base and engage with internal stakeholders to fulfill their duties as described below.

Assist with special projects and other departments in line with business needs
Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and other departments both verbally and in writing to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
Distinguish between products
Establish relationships with department peers and other departments
Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse working environment
Operate necessary conveyor equipment
Practice safe work habits, ensuring a safe work environment
Print shipping labels and affix them on proper shipments
Keep up with shipping logs
Update and research shipping errors
Scan the shipping bar code on the shipping box, paying attention to special requirements such as return labels and signature required
Have strong computer skills
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Verify the ticket has been QA‑done accordingly looking for any discrepancies
Volunteer and perform other duties as required or assigned
Work well with a team and all coworkers

Qualifications Employment is contingent on

Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Experience with medical equipment, preferred
Experience in medical field and distribution, preferred
One year of related work experience, preferred
Medical terminology, preferred
Skills and Competencies
Accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non‑verbal, written, listening and visual)
Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
Multi‑task along with attention to detail
Self‑motivation, organized, time‑management and deductive problem‑solving skills

Physical Demands
Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling
Frequent twisting, pulling and reaching
Lifting minimum is 50 lbs
Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork
Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening
Warehouse and office environment; primarily indoors, but some outdoor work may be required
