Lead Full Stack Engineer
with deep expertise in
Next.js (advanced concepts)
and
React.js , capable of building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
API integration, state management, performance optimization, and caching strategies (Redis or similar) .
This role demands a frontend specialist with strong architectural understanding, ability to optimize user experience at scale, and ownership of frontend quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Design and develop
high-performance, scalable frontend applications
using
Next.js and React.js Implement advanced
Next.js features
such as:
Server-side rendering (SSR) Static site generation (SSG) Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) Middleware and routing strategies
Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components Ensure
responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards Integrate frontend applications with backend services via APIs API Integration & State Management
Implement robust API integration using
Axios/Fetch Design efficient data-fetching strategies (client-side, server-side, hybrid) Manage application state using:
Redux / Redux Toolkit Context API
Handle error states, loading states, and edge-case scenarios effectively Performance Optimization & Caching
Drive
frontend performance improvements
including:
Code splitting, lazy loading, and bundling optimization Image optimization and rendering strategies Lighthouse score improvements
Implement and understand
caching strategies , including:
Redis caching concepts Browser caching and CDN strategies API response caching and revalidation
Backend Development
Implement microservices-based architecture and asynchronous processing where needed. Collaborate on application architecture and contribute to backend system design. Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of backend services. Database & Data Layer
Design and maintain relational database schemas using
SQL
(PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server). Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and perform query optimization. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD
Deploy and manage applications on
AWS
using services like EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc. Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines Automate deployments and infrastructure using IaC tools (CloudFormation/Terraform preferred). Monitor system health, performance, and optimize cloud resources. Version Control & Collaboration
Use
Git
for branching, merging, pull requests, and code reviews. Work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning. Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Next.js (advanced concepts - SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, middleware) React.js (Hooks, component architecture, lifecycle)
Deep understanding of
JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript Proven experience in
API integration (Axios/Fetch) Strong knowledge of
state management (Redux / Context API) Experience with
frontend performance optimization techniques Caching & Performance
Understanding of
Redis or similar caching mechanisms Knowledge of
frontend caching strategies and distributed caching concepts Experience improving performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) Testing
Experience with frontend testing tools such as
Jest or React Testing Library Web Fundamentals
Strong command of:
HTML5, CSS3, modern UI frameworks Responsive design principles Cross-browser compatibility
Experience with
Docker
and containerized application deployment. Understanding of microservices architecture, API security, authentication (OAuth2/JWT). Understanding in Python and FastAPI for backend development. Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ownership mindset with focus on quality and delivery. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Experience with micro-frontend architecture or Module Federation Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment strategies Knowledge of Snowflake Datawarehouse Additional Comments
