Required qualifications
10+ years of industry experience in business analytics with a degree in a quantitative field (Master's or PhD preferred) Proven track record in Payments organizations with deep technical proficiency in payment processing, risk, and compliance Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R) Experience with AI tools, non-experimental causal inference methods, and machine learning techniques Working knowledge of schema design and high-dimensional data modeling (ETL frameworks like Airflow)
