If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at hr@lendistry.com Day in the Life The Systems Administrator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and securing Lendistry's core systems and network infrastructure. Services include Mobile Device Management, Directory Services, Cloud Services, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Network Security. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Lendistry's environment while mentoring frontline IT personnel and collaborating closely with the Systems Engineering team. Some travel may be required. What You’ll Be Doing Support call center operations by resolving 8x8 platform issues Configure and maintain systems including hardware, software, applications, and network infrastructure Manage the Mobile Device Management system for both Windows and Mac environments Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, and SD‑WAN Manage and maintain firewall policies, rules, VPN configurations, and security zones to protect the organization's network perimeter and internal segments Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, security, and other system issues when necessary Monitor system and network performance to ensure optimal, stable, and secure operations Identify areas of improvement and present options and integration recommendations to leadership Provide technical support to the Service Desk when requested Document processes, procedures, network configurations, and firewall policies that employees and IT staff need to follow to successfully operate within our systems Update system and network‑related installation and configuration documentation Mentor frontline IT personnel, sharing knowledge of systems, networking, and best practices Perform on‑call duties and work outside of standard hours when needed Work closely with the Systems Engineering team on projects and deliver tasks as directed by the team lead Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the department and help make Lendistry the best place to work Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in systems administration; a degree or diploma in Information Technology is preferred but not required Experience with Okta, Jamf, Mac OS, Windows OS, MS Intune, and Azure AD Familiarity with Cisco Meraki or Palo Alto administration, including dashboard management, network segmentation, and wireless infrastructure Demonstrated experience with firewall administration, including policy creation, rule management, VPN configuration, and security best practices (experience with Meraki MX, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar platforms preferred) Experience administering server‑side technology and networking systems Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols Virtual Desktop experience, such as Citrix and VMware Experience with M365 Management and Integration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sophisticated word processing and computer database skills, especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to think creatively and innovatively Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all organizational levels, ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical ability with active listening skills Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines, including extended work hours Exhibit a professional, business‑like appearance and demeanor Ability to prioritize a range of workloads and critical deadlines Why You’ll Love Working Here Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous Paid Time Off Birthday Day Off 12 Paid Company Holidays 401(k) Match FSA and HSA Paid Life Insurance Paid Disability Insurance Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Development Courses In Office Provided Snacks and Drinks Gym Facilities (LA & Tustin/CEC Offices) In Office Engagement Activities Compensation Range The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $66,000 – $84,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job‑related skills, experience, and state of residence. Physical Requirements This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting (approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
