Consultative Call Only:
Hospitalists manage admissions and overnight coverage
Patient Volume:
Average
10 Äì12 follow-up visits
and
2 Äì4 new patients
per day
Collaborative Team:
Join a growing team of
4 MDs and 3 APCs , with future expansion planned
Outreach:
Provide care at regional clinics one day per week/month (Jamestown, Lisbon, Wahpeton, ND; Detroit Lakes and Park Rapids, MN; Fosston, MN)
Call Schedule:
Approx.
8 Äì10 days of call per month
Support Services:
Nutrition support, social work, nurse navigators, behavioral health, physical therapy, and lymphedema specialists
Specialty Access:
Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling, and Palliative Care available on-site
Collaborative Care:
Participate in
multidisciplinary tumor boards
Innovation & Research:
Participate in
NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP)
clinical trials
Technology:
Utilize
EPIC EMR
(HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified)
Accreditations:
Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) Requirements
Board Certified / Board Eligible in
Hematology
Board Certified / Board Eligible in
Medical Oncology
Prior Hematology/Oncology experience preferred Compensation and Benefits
Base salary:
$535,000 Additional
bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
