Über

Overview We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Consultant to help a client automate their manual processes and develop machine learning/AI decision‑making software. The client currently receives large data records in .pdf files, manually maps this data to MS Excel spreadsheets, and performs manual BI reporting for decision‑making. This project is initially full‑time for a few months, transitioning to part‑time or as‑needed for the rest of the year for minor upgrades or feature enhancements.
Role Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gather detailed business requirements.
Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, timeline, and iterative software launch schedule.
Initiative and Consultation: Provide consultative guidance, make proactive suggestions, and coach the client throughout the process.
Development: Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Python and Visual Studio for back‑end machine learning.
Front‑End Development: Utilize tools like R, Angular, Go‑Lang, or similar for front‑end development.
Data Migration: Import and migrate data from various sources such as .pdf files, flat files, and screen scrapes.
Client Presentations: Conduct presentations on project achievements and progress.
Training and UAT: Train clients on software usage and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and development
Proficiency in Python and Visual Studio for back‑end development Front‑end development skills with tools such as R, Angular, or Go‑Lang Ex
ience in data import/migration from various sources
Strong background in gathering business requirements and use cases
Expertise in project planning and iterative deployments
Skilled in client presentations and training
Bonus/Soft Skills Strong consultative approach with the ability to nurture and coach clients
