Network & Infrastructure Support Maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring availability and performance Troubleshoot connectivity issues, firewall configurations, and VPN access Support core infrastructure components including routers, switches, and servers
Systems & Platform Management Support Microsoft 365 services and related security configurations Manage system patching and updates using tools such as Intune, KACE, and Group Policy Troubleshoot system, backup, and endpoint issues across the environment
Projects & Continuous Improvement Participate in infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, including system upgrades and network expansion Contribute to the design and implementation of secure, scalable solutions Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance security and operational efficiency
Act as an escalation point for technical issues and provide guidance to other IT team members Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure initiatives Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures Minimum Skills and Qualifications: Required: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity roles Experience supporting enterprise network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPNs) Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise systems support Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across systems and networks Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred: Industry certifications (networking, security, or cloud) Experience with FortiGate firewalls or Cisco networking/security platforms Familiarity with XDR, phishing detection, or security monitoring tools Experience with vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or compliance audits Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise environments
