As a (Senior) Operations Manager, you oversee end-to-end site operations to ensure strong operational and financial performance. You are responsible for fulfillment operations, day-to-day planning, and long-term operational strategy. Working closely with the Site Manager and cross-functional partners (Engineering, Logistics, Quality, HR, Finance, and EH&S), you drive performance, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and safe operations across the site.
Oversee and drive overall operational performance
Manage and optimize operational budgets and resources
Manage, mentor, and supervise site teams
Develop and execute strategies to improve performance and service quality
Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and KPIs
Manage operational improvement initiatives and change management
Coordinate production and repair operations across departments
Participate in audits and maintain internal and external compliance
Drive continuous improvement and a Lean culture
Ensure safety standards and QEHS requirements are consistently met
Enable effective communication across departments and with customers
Act as a role model for company values, ethics, and safety standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Logistics, Engineering, Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in operations management, with responsibility for site-level operations
Strong understanding of operational processes, production KPIs, and performance management
Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop teams within a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with data and dashboards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to continuous improvement
