As the Sales Representative for Oregon, you will play a key role in sales of
Screw Products, Inc. (SPI)
products to retailers and wholesalers/distributors. Your main task is to maintain and expand the business in Oregon through long-term relationships with existing new partners and customers, growing sales and ultimately contributing to the overall growth of the organization. What You Will Do
Maintain and develop SPI product sales for retail and wholesale/distribution customers and partners throughout the state of Oregon
Nurture and grow accounts by ensuring strong relationships with customers
Identify and navigate profitability opportunities in different sales channels
Understand customer needs, including technical requirements, company policies and purchasing culture
Analyze sales challenges and find creative solutions to overcome objections
Work independently while collaborating closely with the Group Sales teams in North America and Denmark
You will be trained properly by the current sales representative for Oregon as well as by the Group Sales team. What We Are Looking For We are looking for a structured, energetic and outgoing sales professional who excels at understanding the customer’s perspective and needs. The person should be a self-driven Sales Representative who:
Has a strong business mindset and the ability to drive profitability
Has a “hunter” mentality and the eagerness to build long-lasting relationships with customers
Can work independently and proactively to grow the business
Is highly analytical, persistent and solution-oriented
Possesses strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and social skills
Has experience negotiating short- and long-term deals and contracts
