Schedule Coverage: Scheduled + On Call required Shift Description: Day Shift: Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:30 Start Date: 5/10 Contract Length: ongoing Shift Details: clinic, procedures, OR and call (daytime) Schedule:
2 weeks per month Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm no nights 8-5 PM M-F- mix of hospital rounds, OR and clinic
Practice Setting Academic/Training Ambulatory Surgery Center Clinic/Private Practice Corporate/Non-Clinical Hospital Long-Term Care/Facility Telemedicine Work Details Support Staff: 3 Medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: coverage for 6 weeks each month Patients per day: 40-70 Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (no peds) Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation. 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. Long tenured staff EMR: EPIC Hospital Bed Size: 73 Skills Required: general urology Requirements Board Certification: BC/BE State License: Pennsylvania required Willing to License: Yes DEA: Required (PA) Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Credentialing Credentialing Timeframe: less than 90 days Temporary privileges available with clean file
