Busy, well-established cardiology group with strong referral base and community presence Procedures/Reading Responsibilities include: TEE (required), echo, nuclear, vascular reading; diagnostic caths, optional Supportive call structure with interventionalist backup Collaborative, no-ego culture with long-term growth potential and stability Work-Life Balance & Support:
4 half-day clinics/week - set aside admin + rounding time Fridays reserved for light rounding, administrative tasks and call 1:4 weekend call; rotating schedule with coverage across 3 hospitals Scribe during clinic - never take clinic work home! APPs assist with rounding and call Flexible mix of clinic, hospital, and imaging - tailored to your preferences Compensation & Benefits
