These functions will be applied to specific client IT programs or across a large enterprise of federated programs developed by different organizations. The development environment is fast-paced, spans the full application stack, and increasingly leverages agile development methodologies, Dev(Sec)Ops tools and processes, and an expanding cloud-based infrastructure. Depending on current team needs, responsibilities may include: identify and document system scope and objectives; design, code, test, debug, and document new programs; prepare detailed specifications; contribute to development of security authorization documentation; represent program in design reviews and demonstrations; and mentor junior developers. Qualifications: Clearance: Positions require U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely‑related Engineering or IT discipline Certifications: None required Experience: Minimum 7 years (with minimum 3 years in the IC) developing, securing, integrating, deploying, maintaining, and evaluating software and systems
