We’re seeking a New Home Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Sales team. Our Sales Managers provide opportunities for our customers to view their dream home by performing the following duties:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop a leading sales team
Manage all aspect of sales and marketing for the division office
Educate, train, and motivate others
Adapt to and promote the Adams Homes culture: Value, Simplified
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
