Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of core business applications, including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, Workato, and Snowflake.
Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective prioritization, execution, and delivery of projects.
Manage full project lifecycles – planning, tracking, and execution – to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and in‑scope completion.
Partner with cross‑functional business leaders to understand needs and deliver strategic, technology‑driven solutions.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all integrated systems.
Utilize project management tools such as JIRA for task tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end‑users to maximize application adoption and efficiency.
Develop clear, accessible documentation for technical processes and system workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in IT roles with progressive responsibility.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience managing technical or cross‑functional projects; project management or Scrum certification preferred.
Experience within a manufacturing environment highly desirable.
Willingness and ability to work on‑site.
Hands‑on experience with at least one major platform: Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Power BI, Workato, or Snowflake.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
