Job Functions
Provide Tier-II support to customers
Manage IT Installations, provide support of internal IT systems in a Windows based environment
Perform Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning of IT Systems
Provide detailed analysis of trouble tickets and document customer solutions
Deploy, configure and maintain Virtual Desktop environment
Assist DBAs with installation and management of customer Databases
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, mathematics, or engineering discipline.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Six (6) years of demonstrated Windows Systems Administration Experience
Strong installation, hardware and performance tuning skills
Strong backup and Recovery
2-3 experience working in a Virtual Desktop Environment
Familiarity with Citrix Xen Desktop or similar tools
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure and others
