Job Description We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced go‑getter to add to our team as a Sales Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
Oversee the daily activities of the sales department
Devise strategies that ensure everyone is meeting their goals
Hire, train, and develop new talent for success
Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction
Make sure all leads are being properly followed up
Assist individual sales consultants to close sales when necessary

Job Requirements
Proven Success In Prior Managerial Role Is Required
2-5 years manager experience is required
Automotive sales background is preferred
Proven track record of success meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Professional appearance and work ethic
