Responsibilities
Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives.
Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.

Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.

Required Skills and Experience
Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud technology.
Experience in Sales & Operations Planning.
Experience in Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes and problem definition.
Experience in implementation, maintenance and production support.
Experience in production support and maintenance, and different phases of the enhancement project lifecycle for Oracle CX based sales platform.
Functional knowledge in Sales for Automation (SFA) processes.
Experience configuring Sales Cloud entities such as Account, Lead, Opportunity, Partner Relationship Management, CDM, etc.
Ability to identify and plan for customization to meet customer requirements, define and set up user roles, create lookups, set up currencies, import data, etc.
Experience implementing Fusion Redwood, VBCS.
Understanding of sales processes/technologies and integration with other ERP systems.
Experience in PoC ideation, creation, and presenting demonstrations to clients.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with at least 3 green field implementations, with at least one Redwood implementation.
Experience working on Agile methodology projects and handling sprint teams in a lead capacity.
Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
