Job Description Position: Customer Application Engineer – San Jose, CA. We are looking for an experienced engineer to support the memory market, particularly the DIMM segment, by providing technical support for Power Management ICs and related products. Responsibilities Communicate with memory customers to understand market trends, technology, product roadmap and production plans. Support customers’ technical questions, concerns, and requests. Plan and execute action items to resolve customer issues promptly. Collaborate with internal departments (design, quality, package, failure analysis) to ensure customer satisfaction. Drive actions to achieve design‑in success for MPS products. Qualifications 5+ years of technical experience in switch‑mode power supply (step‑down converters) and PMIC products. Experience as application engineer or technical field application engineer. Previous work in the storage and memory market. Fluent communication skills in English; excellent writing and presentation skills. Self‑motivated with strong desire to achieve design‑in success. Prior experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company. BSEE or higher. Location San Jose, CA.
