About the Role This role is part of a collaborative IT team responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of systems, network, and end-user support experience, along with a proactive, team-oriented mindset, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Adobe Cloud products
Manage virtual environments using VMware vCenter
Maintain and support server infrastructure, storage solutions (Nimble), and backup systems (Veeam)
Support and monitor various security platforms, including XDR and MFA solutions
Provide support for tickets submitted by remote locations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and network hardware issues across distributed environments
Assist with system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements
Document systems, processes, and issue resolutions clearly and accurately
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
Be available and willing to work after hours as needed
Travel occasionally to support remote sites as needed
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all locations
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT systems administration or related field
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Windows and Mac OS, and Adobe Cloud products
Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vCenter preferred)
Experience supporting server infrastructure, storage, and backup solutions
Familiarity with endpoint security tools, including XDR and MFA
General understanding of networking concepts and network hardware (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, firewalls)
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
