Clearwater Cardiovascular Consultants (CCC) is seeking a motivated and dependable Network Engineer to join our growing Information Technology team. This position will assist with maintaining, supporting, and improving the organization’s network infrastructure across multiple clinical and administrative locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, learning new systems, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization while gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and healthcare systems. We are looking for individuals with strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Formal degrees and certifications are not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities Support and maintain network infrastructure across multiple locations Assist with troubleshooting network, internet, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity issues Help manage switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN connections Support SD‑WAN, VoIP phone systems, and cloud connectivity Monitor network performance and assist with resolving outages or performance concerns Work with vendors and internal teams on IT and infrastructure projects Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and network security best practices Help maintain documentation related to network systems and configurations Support clinical and business systems used throughout the organization Participate in technology upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting efforts Provide excellent customer service and technical support to staff and providers Qualifications Interest in networking, infrastructure, and technology Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn Previous IT or networking experience is preferred but not required Education & Experience College degree is preferred but not required Equivalent hands‑on experience may be substituted for formal education Certifications are a plus but not required Entry‑level to mid‑level candidates are encouraged to apply We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and willingness to grow Preferred Skills (Not Required) Networking and Wi‑Fi technologies Firewalls and VPNs Microsoft 365 and Windows environments SD‑WAN technologies VoIP phone systems Cybersecurity concepts What We Offer Competitive compensation Health and benefits package Hands‑on experience with enterprise technologies Supportive and team‑oriented work environment Training and mentorship opportunities The ability to make a direct impact in healthcare operations and patient care Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
