Job Summary The "Analyst, Business Application Technology" will be based in Dallas, TX, reporting to the site Information Technology Manager. The role focuses on SAP S4/HANA, providing technical administration, implementation, and support. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects ensuring proper design and solutions. Participate in strategic planning and development of enterprise architecture. Define, design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and application solutions. Prepare standard operating procedures for day‑to‑day maintenance of applications and underlying systems. Ensure knowledge is disseminated within the team and updated technologies are adopted. Maintain monitoring and control to ensure solution stability, including Service‑Now incidents and Baan. Establish clear communication channels and feedback mechanisms with customers, peers, and cross‑functional teams. Adhere to service‑level agreements and conduct timely reviews with stakeholders. Implement backup and retention policies to minimize data loss. Minimize MTTR and conduct root‑cause investigations with corrective and preventive actions to increase MTBF. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Propose system enhancements to improve performance and reliability. Resolve administrative or operational matters to achieve operational goals. Develop and execute company policies that impact operations and may have company‑wide effects. Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training in Computer, Engineering, Administration, or related field. Minimum 4 years of related experience. Strong preference for experience with SAP S4/HANA. Demonstrated advanced functional and technical skills. Basic people or process management skills. Thorough knowledge of functional areas and related technologies. Comprehensive understanding of how processes connect at the site. Benefits Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans.
