You should: Know your way around a courtroom Be able to handle a full caseload without breaking a sweat Be relentless in negotiations, sharp in depositions, and fearless in trial prep Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Genuinely want to
help people

THE WORK (aka What You'll Be Doing) Litigate PI cases from complaint to resolution Negotiate with defense counsel and insurance companies who don't play fair Draft powerful pleadings, motions, and discovery Show up ready for depositions, court, and trial Be a trusted advisor to your clients Make a real difference-every day WHAT YOU BRING 2+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred, but not required) Trial experience? Even better Confidence, clarity, and killer negotiation instincts Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills California Bar license An unstoppable mindset-you're hungry, relentless, and ready to grow Oh, and if your family still thinks you do "all kinds of law," that's fine-just tell them you're out here
