Provide general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment. Assist with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom. Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner. Prepare patient rooms for admission and transfer, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment with attention to ventilation and lighting. Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, including handling of patient belongings. Answer patient call lights, phones, and pages, responding promptly and appropriately. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of a nursing assistant training course. Certifications: Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
