is seeking an associate attorney licensed to practice in Nevada. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience in handling tort and commercial litigation matters. Please submit resume and writing sample to Leland Eugene Backus, Esq. at and .
Responsibilities: Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers. Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license in the State of Nevada and in good standing. 1-3 years of litigation or insurance defense experience preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
