We are looking for career-minded HVAC Installers with 5+ years experience in the HVAC industry with a minimum of 1 year as Lead Installer to join our team! We are 5-star HVAC company looking for 5-Star HVAC installers! You will be joining an elite group of installers that put focus on their artisanship and quality above all else. If you want to have pride in your work and be a part of a great team, McNally's Heating & Cooling is the home for you. Our customers love us and our field team members are the key to that reputation. As a installer you will work with your team to install all types of HVAC systems. We have limited down time and plenty of work during the summer with overtime. Qualifications: Previous experience as an HVAC Installer or in a related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adhere to all safety policies and procedures We look forward to hearing from you!
