Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents with dignity and respect Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort and safety Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team Deliver patient-centered care while following long-term care standards Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure quality resident care Who We're Looking For:
