What You’ll Do — Regional Sales Associate Responsibilities As a Regional Sales Associate, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and HR professionals
Present and explain employee health and benefit solutions clearly and ethically
Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing client questions and concerns
Work directly with employees to enroll and support benefit offerings
Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Attend required sales meetings and performance trainings
Every day is different — new clients, new locations, and new opportunities to grow.
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time, outside sales role
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
Field-based with autonomy and support

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred (but not required)
Job Details Job Type: Full-time
Average Pay Range: $80,000 — $135,000 per year
Compensation Includes:
Uncapped commission
