Overview The Solution Developer role is part of the Q Branch Demos team. This team builds, delivers, and supports demo environments for Solution Engineers across Salesforce, showcasing the latest product capabilities across industries. The role focuses on creating and maintaining deployable demo assets on the Salesforce and NextGen platforms to support global presales success. Responsibilities Build and maintain deployable demo assets on the Salesforce and NextGen platforms, including front- and back-end development and integrations across product clouds. Support features such as Data Cloud, Slack, and Marketing Cloud within demos. Own the quality and reliability of assigned demo assets by performing root cause analysis, resolving technical issues, and deploying enhancements and fixes. Partner with Demo Product Owners to understand needs, follow DevOps and release management processes, and build demo configurations that work as intended. Contribute to developer documentation, mentor teammates, and drive continuous improvement in demo tooling and automation. Qualifications You have 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Aura, Apex, SOQL, and Flows. You have experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and CRM Analytics. You hold Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer I certifications. You bring strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment. Nice-to-have: experience with Git and GitHub workflows, Salesforce DX (SFDX), or Cumulus CI; Sales or Service or other Salesforce consultant certifications; knowledge of Python and AI development tools; experience developing applications in a large enterprise environment.
