Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
Proficiency in Appian low-code platform.
Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
Ability to translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Appian Process Modeler, SAIL interfaces, and integration objects.
Knowledge of creating process maps, BPMN diagrams, workflows, and decision models.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and re-engineering.
Work closely with Appian developers to design and deliver solutions.
