Responsibilities Lead strategic and highly complex risk programs that drive substantive business change impacting TFS, Toyota, dealers and customers. Manage large‑scale strategic projects spanning multiple months to deliver significant revenue or cost savings, partnering with Finance/FP&A, Pricing & Product Planning, Data Science & Engineering, Sales and Marketing. Lead the Resale Value Leadership Council (RVLC), engaging stakeholders at executive and working levels to identify opportunities through analytics and stakeholder engagement. Identify new projects, secure stakeholder support, define timelines, and socialize program objectives. Support learning by generating hypotheses, designing and executing tests, measuring impact, and applying insights to future programs. Develop and maintain project modeling and ROI tools. Schedule, lead, and own monthly group meetings; prepare, track, and manage KPI reporting and available budgets. Provide heavy‑lift analytics and modeling support to RV Risk, the broader Risk Department, and TFS/TMNA. Manage team budget, resources, prioritization, goal achievement, and recruiting/retaining/developing department team members. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, statistics, finance, accounting, mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or a similar analytical/STEM field. Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the above disciplines; an MBA or Master’s degree in an analytical field is a bonus. Demonstrated experience with coding and analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and a high level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of statistics and modeling techniques with experience identifying trends and indicators through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong project management and presentation skills, including proposing strategic recommendations to management and clearly articulating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. 7+ years of relevant work experience, with proven experience leading large‑scale infrastructure, modeling, or analytics projects. Experience leading technical individuals (direct reports or via virtual/cross‑functional teams). Benefits Professional growth and development programs, including tuition reimbursement.
