Inside Sales Account Manager - Contract To Hire The Inside Sales Account Manager position is located in the Buford, GA area. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to fostering a winning team environment and promoting personal growth.
Shift: 8-5; M-F
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work.
Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accounts.
Consistently secure new business for the region through prospecting.
Work to build partnerships with distributors to increase sales pipelines.
Upsell customers on repair services and the purchase of new or refurbished equipment.
Qualifications
Proficient in using a custom Sales CRM database to manage accounts.
Ability to type at least 30 WPM and proficient in computer skills.
Strong product knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
Experience in providing warranty support and acting as a liaison between customers and technical staff.
