Job Duties
Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions.
Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed targeted goals; actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred, high school diploma required.
6+ months minimum of diagnostics sales experience to providers.
Strong long‑term relationship‑building skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.
Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. Plus, uncapped quarterly bonus. First year on target earnings: $130,000–$150,000 (uncapped). Second year on target earnings: $150,000+ (uncapped). The company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
