Are you ready to help redefine the future of risk management? We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Sr. Manager - Risk Analytics and Strategy to join our Operational Risk Management (ORM) team during a pivotal period of modernization. ORM is accelerating its evolution - moving beyond static, historical reporting toward predictive risk identification, advanced analytics, and dynamic, real‑time decision‑making.
In this high‑impact role, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, analytics modernization, and AI adoption. Crucially, you will serve as a core catalyst for modernizing our analytics capability - spearheading the cultural and operational adoption of AI, automation, and advanced data strategies. If you want to build the blueprint for next‑generation risk management and work directly with senior executives to make it a reality, this role is for you.

Driving AI Adoption: Act as the strategic engine for AI integration within ORM. Identify, evaluate, and actively drive the hands‑on adoption of AI‑enabled tools, automated reasoning, and agentic workflows to eliminate process inefficiencies
Strategic Initiative Leadership: Spearhead complex, high‑visibility projects within ORM, partnering with business units across the enterprise to solve critical operational challenges and advance key strategic priorities
Analytical Deep Dives: Conduct disciplined investigations into data gaps, emerging risk trends, and organizational bottlenecks to build compelling, data‑backed recommendations for leadership
End-to-End Execution & Change Leadership: Own the delivery of broad business and analytics initiatives, ensuring technical solutions are paired with robust change management plans to guarantee high user adoption and measurable business impact
Partnership: Build and sustain collaborative relationships across ORM, technology, data science, and risk teams to ensure lockstep alignment on joint analytics priorities and strategic outcomes
Executive‑Ready Delivery: Synthesize complex strategic, operational, and AI/analytics concepts into clear, high‑impact executive‑ready strategy documents, board‑level updates, and leadership recommendations.
Solid people leadership experience: Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high‑performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise. He/she should foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and be able to consistently deliver results
Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
