Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mount Vernon, WA. The Sales Manager will lead and drive revenue growth for FSI by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, establishing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet company goals and contribute to the continued success and growth of the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
Foodservice, grocery, or wholesale food distribution industry experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and develop sales strategies
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
