Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex process issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency gains.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
  • Proven ability to drive cultural change and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
