Position: Outside Equipment Sales Representative Company: Lyle Rents – A Division of Lyle Machinery Are you a self-motivated, relationship-driven professional with a passion for construction equipment and sales? Lyle Rents is looking for an experienced Outside Equipment Sales Representative to serve Baldwin County, Alabama and surrounding areas. About the Role: As an Outside Equipment Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving rental and sales growth by building strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and construction professionals in your territory. You’ll represent a trusted brand and a full line of high-performance equipment backed by outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new customers in Baldwin County and surrounding regions Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts Provide customers with equipment rental and purchase solutions tailored to their needs Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry updates Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in equipment rental, sales, or construction-related industry Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory Knowledge of heavy equipment, attachments, and industry applications is a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Why Join Lyle Rents?
