A Day in the Life As our Employee Benefits Data Analyst on the analytics team, you’ll ensure the execution of our analytics platform and measure the impact of our efforts. You will review detailed information, analyze data in relation to specific business goals, and present findings in clear, actionable formats. You will create and refine analytical tools that benefit our clients and take ownership of the accurate and timely production of team reports.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an employee benefits role
Experience with renewal projections, financial modeling and claims reporting
Ability to perform in-depth utilization trend analysis to identify patterns and insights
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of financial analytics and utilization patterns
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in insurance, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Producer's license for life/health, or the ability to obtain it upon hire

Salary & Compensation The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $123,100. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. The role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
