Job Overview The Information Security Analyst 3 will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding and operation of the Securiti.ai data scanning platform within the Cybersecurity organization. This position focuses on configuring, executing, and validating data scans while collaborating closely with engineering teams and data owners to ensure accurate risk identification and remediation. The analyst will also drive governance routines, produce executive‑ready insights, and optimize scanning capabilities through continuous tuning and feedback. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, data analysis, and the ability to translate scan outputs into actionable risk‑management outcomes.
Responsibilities
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis.
Contribute to large‑scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors.
Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Analysis.
Configure and execute data scans using tools like Securiti.ai.
Analyze and validate scan results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Work with data platform and application owners to validate scan results and address questions.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely dispositioning of scan results.
Capture requirements for system modifications and create actionable documentation.
Attend key meetings, capture accurate minutes, and ensure alignment and follow‑through.
Support scanning program inquiries by researching, triaging, and drafting responses to email and Jira requests.
Utilize AI tools ethically for research, summarization, drafting, analysis, and decision support.
Qualifications
4 years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
2 years in a governance, risk, and compliance role with experience in policy adherence, monitoring, report development, and escalation.
Expertise in data security scanning and tools like Securiti.ai.
Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.
Skills in data analysis, validation, and visualization.
Experience with automated workflow tools such as Jira, PowerBI, and Tableau.
Knowledge of data processing and ETL concepts.
Proficiency in documentation and process design, including audit‑ready artifacts.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and cloud service providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Foundational AI literacy and understanding of data ethics.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently and influence across organizational levels.
