What you’ll do: Innovate – create interactive concepts and campaigns that exceed client objectives and expectations while engaging others. Translate – capture brand voice in interactive marketing materials including site copy, emails and banner ads; serve as the voice for your team. Craft – manage several projects/campaigns at a time and oversee conception and writing of all forms of online advertising, social marketing, and email. Collaborate – partner with the art directors for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the conception and execution of final deliverables. Concept – concept big ideas and innovative tactics that can span a range of platforms, including digital, mobile, social, CRM, and broadcast. Who you are: Builder – builds relationships as a trustworthy and essential team lead, and across relevant markets, regions, and businesses; easily recognized and trusted within the agency. Curious – continuously re‑imagines how to partner with clients to build better futures for their business; proactively seeks new opportunities and lateral ideas to solve clients’ biggest business issues. What you’ll need: Portfolio with successfully launched client projects on broadcast work, social, and everything in between. Ability to handle a high‑volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details. Practiced time management skills and a strong work ethic.
