Base pay range $69,000.00/yr - $79,000.00/yr Join a leading industrial fastener supplier located in North Fort Worth as an Inside Sales Account Manager . This is a dynamic role for a proactive sales professional with deep knowledge of fastener standards and experience working within government contract requirements (ITAR compliance required) .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and on-time order fulfillment Interpret and apply fastener standards and specifications (MIL, SAE, ASME) Work with government contracts, ensuring compliance with contract-specific clauses and quality requirements Provide expert-level customer service and troubleshooting support Handle sales order entry, data input, and tracking of inventory and shipment
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales account management within the industrial fastener industry At least 1 year of hands-on experience with fastener standards/specs (MIL, SAE, ASME) Demonstrated experience working with government contracts and ITAR guidelines Detail-oriented with strong proficiency in sales systems and order tracking tools
