Specialty Interventional Cardiology Facility Type Acute Care Hospital Work Environment Mixed inpatient and outpatient cardiology coverage including cath lab procedures, consults, and STEMI call rotation Description An Interventional Cardiologist is needed for a hospital-based opportunity in Pennsylvania. The provider will perform cardiac catheterizations, TEE, echo reads, and manage consults while participating in STEMI call coverage. This role includes a rotating schedule with clinic and hospital responsibilities in a collaborative cardiology environment. Job Responsibilities Perform cardiac catheterization procedures Interpret echocardiograms Perform and interpret TEEs Provide inpatient cardiology consults Manage STEMI call coverage Perform outpatient and inpatient cath procedures Review nuclear cardiology testing Document in Epic EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary team Qualifications MD/DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology Active Pennsylvania medical license DEA required Epic EMR experience required Working Hours Day Shift: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM STEMI Call: Monday Friday 4:00 PM 7:00 AM Weekend STEMI Call: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM Rotating Schedule: 1 week call / 1 week clinic Average 3 weeks call per month Ongoing coverage Skills Cardiac catheterization Interventional cardiology procedures TEE interpretation Echocardiography STEMI management Cardiology consults Epic EMR documentation Job Location (City, State, Zip) Pennsylvania, 17325
