Join a high-performing cardiovascular OR team at a large, well-established regional medical center. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons on complex cardiac and thoracic cases in a growing program.
What You ll Be Doing
Set up and manage instruments, equipment, and supplies for open heart procedures Assist surgeons during cardiac and thoracic cases Perform surgical counts with the circulating RN Prepare and turn over OR rooms between cases Support patient positioning, transport, and intraoperative needs Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to safety protocols
What You'll Get
$15,000 sign-on bonus Shift differentials:
2nd shift: +$3.15/hr 3rd shift: +$4.00/hr
Flexible scheduling: 10s or 12s (starting 6:30am) Relocation assistance (case-by-case)
