This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and being rewarded for results. Key Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs Provide accurate estimates and recommend solutions Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience Manage the sales process from start to close Follow up consistently and maintain strong communication Participate in training and continuous development Qualifications Strong work ethic and self-motivation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Coachable with a competitive mindset Passion for helping customers and delivering value Sales experience is a plus, but not required Driven to succeed in a performance-based environment Compensation $80,000 – $200,000+ annually 100% commission structure Uncapped earning potential
