$275,000 - 500,000 Annually Schedule: Mon - Thu (9 Hrs/Day) + Fri (4 Hrs)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced board-certified Urologist to join our growing team. This role is primarily outpatient-focused, offering the opportunity to diagnose and treat a broad range of Urologic conditions while utilizing modern equipment and strong clinical support. Surgical procedures are available based on provider interest and practice needs.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with urologic conditions in an outpatient clinic setting.
Perform office-based and OR-based urologic procedures (e.g., cystoscopy, biopsies, vasectomies, minimally invasive surgeries) depending on provider preference and scope.
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Minimal call responsibilities; limited inpatient involvement unless desired.
Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board-certified in Urology.
Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon.
Strong clinical and procedural skills in general urology; additional subspecialty interests are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
