Work in a FAA Certified Repair Station Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Receiving packages - Perform receiving inspection by verifying Part Numbers (P/N), Serial Numbers (S/N) Visually check for obvious damage on units Verify repair capabilities and manual revisions Verify contents against customer order Receive purchase orders and create work order (data entry) Shipping packages - Package and box contents to avoid damage during transit Verify contents against customer order prior to final shipping Create airway bills (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL) Contact couriers/carriers to schedule pickups Assist Technicians - Work within a DOT Anti-Drug Program - will be trained to assist inspecting, cleaning, polishing and oiling. Must maintain the work area and work carts clean and organized Manage adequate inventory levels of required shipping materials and tools Expected to receive and ship orders in a timely and efficient manner Must be able to lift 40 lbs solo and 80 lbs with assistance Computer Literacy is a must - relevant skills: Excel, Word, GMail, Windows Must be able to read and write in English Strong attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Manage communication from the shop and the office personnel Problem-solving and decision-making experience for moderately complex issues
