The candidate will be responsible for reviewing/processing all DOT & Non-DOT drug testing results. Incumbent will also aid in general Safety Administrators responsibilities shared in the department. (Example but not limited to: general phone calls received in Safety Department, including citations/inspections, vehicular accident event recording, call in complaints from motoring public, and injury report completion/notification.)
Candidate Requirements:
Field phone calls / email follow-up regarding; crash events, spills, violations, citations, driver qualification and ELD issues Manage the day-to-day operations of the office after business hours Provide thorough communication via reports, email, and verbal follow-up with staff regarding PM and weekend recorded incidents Organize and maintain files and records Prepare and edit correspondence, reports Provide quality customer service Coordinate first responders to serious crash event scenes Other duties as assigned Daily Responsibility
Answer all phone calls/emails in a timely and professional manner. Accurately report the details of the overnight events. Accomplish other duties as assigned Office Skills
Ability to learn in-house/external computer programs; such as Risk master, Legacy, Pathfinder, and Corrective Action Dashboard Efficient in Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel and PowerPoint Able to handle high volumes of phone and email communication. Triaging communication to correct person or department Must work in a confidential capacity Time management skills; prioritizing deadlines Education/Experience
