Fast-paced Pikesville law office, Kind & Dashoff, LLC, has an immediate opening for a full-time litigation attorney. We are seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic associate attorney with 0-3 years of litigation experience for immediate hire. Successful candidates should be admitted to practice in Maryland. Being a member of the DC Bar is a plus.
Responsibilities: Preparing for and conducting civil litigation in court Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Comply with all legal standards and regulations Qualified candidates will have: Admission to Maryland Bar Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills Exceptional legal writing ability Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions Ability to organize and prioritize workload
