Über

Computed Tomography Technologist This is a 13-week contract position. Days 12 shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM). Must be available for weekends. The Computed Tomography Technologist will produce computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by a licensed physician, adhering to established practices and procedures. Responsibilities:
Conduct CT scans as per physician orders. Ensure quality control and proper functionality of CT equipment. Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. Document imaging and patient information accurately. Work collaboratively with medical staff and other departments.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a staff Radiologic Technologist. Previous experience in Computed Tomography preferred. Accredited program in Radiologic Technology and training in Computerized Assisted Tomography required. New Jersey DEP license required. ARRT certification required. CT certification required or must be attained within 6 months of hire. BLS (AHA) certification required. IV certification required within 90 days of hire. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
