Gradual transition into a larger role, if desired
Opportunity to help establish and grow provider territories throughout Arizona
Open to confidential conversations.
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
Part‑time W‑2 position
60% of collections (above typical industry associate compensation ranges)
Flexible schedule — choose your preferred days based on availability and patient demand
Established patient volume with opportunity to increase schedule and earnings over time
Earnings scale directly with productivity and volume
Providers are trusted to manage their schedules, patient care, and clinical decision‑making with a high degree of autonomy and support

All medical supplies, sterilized instruments, and treatment equipment
Uniform allowance
Mobile EMR with remote access for streamlined documentation
Full administrative support, including:
Insurance verifications and authorizations
