Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales data, market intelligence, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities across business lines and territories, highlighting emerging patterns in intermediary preferences, product demand, and competitive positioning.
Partner with sales leadership to deliver actionable insights that streamline processes, reduce administrative burden, and enable sales teams to focus on client engagement and revenue‑generating activities.
Develop and maintain business intelligence frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline activity, market trends, and competitive positioning across intermediary channels.
Create compelling presentations and reports for senior leadership, sales teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders that communicate insights clearly and drive decision‑making.
Scope, plan, and execute strategic sales enablement initiatives from concept through rollout and training, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sales effectiveness, distribution trends, and market share.
Collaborate with technology and data teams to enhance data quality, accessibility, and analytical capabilities.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments affecting intermediary distribution.
Requirements
3-8 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, sales enablement, or related roles within financial services.
Strong understanding of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts, and other investment vehicles.
Deep knowledge of the intermediary sales landscape, including wirehouses, independent broker‑dealers, RIAs, and other distribution channels.
Familiarity with the intermediary sales process, from prospecting through relationship management and asset retention.
Demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and execute strategic initiatives from concept through rollout and training, with the ability to clearly articulate information and train others effectively.
Proven ability to generate innovative sales ideas and provide fresh perspectives on presenting information and solving business challenges.
Creative approach to data visualization and communication, with the ability to develop engaging, intuitive ways to convey complex information.
Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to groups ranging from sales teams to senior leadership.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
Intellectual curiosity with a genuine interest in understanding markets, products, and sales dynamics.
Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
Coachable and eager to learn new technical skills and tools.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred
Experience designing and implementing sales enablement programs, tools, or training initiatives.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business intelligence, sales enablement, and process automation.
Background in creating sales collateral, playbooks, or other enablement materials.
Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CAIA).

Work Expectations We are a client‑centric, relationship‑based business. Working together, in‑person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face‑to‑face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in‑office time or different in‑office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $98,000 – $120,000 per year. We have a pay‑for‑performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports health and well‑being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
